Dealing with the actual driving fear not the symptoms
The natural fear to drive a car is called driving phobia. This is a very bad fear that affects very many drivers, although most of them do not admit that it is a problem instead choosing to find a way to suppress it or avoid conditions when they are likely to experience the driving fear. If you are one of these people, the best way to deal with this problem is to get rid of it completely by dealing with the actual fear rather than using pills to calm nerves, avoiding certain roads or avoiding driving at certain times.
Driving phobia is basically a mind made illusion that creates a feeling that something terrible is just about to happen. The degree of fear varies with individuals but there are people who suffer so much they can barely sit behind the wheel. The physical symptoms of this fear include sweating, feeling confused, faster heartbeat, tight chest, hot flashes and palpitations.
